You can choose several restaurants in Kathmandu with different items. During the trek, you will get a menu that is set by the Everest region which is a fixed menu. You will have Dinner and Breakfast in the teahouse you will stay. However, lunch is on the way at the best possible restaurant.

    Drinking water

Along the journey to Everest Base Camp, you can find mineral water bottles or filter water from the teahouse. However, it is quite costly as you trek the Everest Region's higher altitudes.
