Difficulty Level for Tamang Heritage Trail Trekking

Overall, the trek is relatively easy. Trails are not that tricky and difficult. Likewise, no special skills are needed to complete this trek. However, if you are physically strong with no trekking experience also can do this trek easily. But, no physical strength and previous trekking experience may give you little trouble during the trek. So, we suggest have a good physical preparation couple of weeks ago before the trek. Any adult group or family groups can complete this trek easily.

Itinerary

After you arrive at Tribhuwan international airport, a representatives from Classic Trek Nepal will pick you up and transfer you to the Hotel.

After having a good rest at hotel, begin your day with delicious breakfast. After having breakfast, you start your day with Kathmandu day tour with professional tour guide and private vehicle. The tour includes the places like Pashupatinath, Monkey Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Boudhanath.

The Journey begins with the drive towards Syabrubeshi, north of Kathmandu valley. It offers scenic views of green hills and forest during the drive. Overnight stay at Syabrubeshi.

After having breakfast we trek to Gatlang today via Goljung. The trail begins with 2 hour climb to reach a vantage point that offers amazing views of Ganesh Himal. Likewise, small chortens and mani walls comes to a sight today. Taking a lunch break at Goljung, we walk for another 3 hours to reach Gatlang village. In this village you can visit sacred holy lake called-Parvati Kunda. Overnight stay at Gatlang.

Today is a bit challenging day of the trek but rewarding too. We descend down along the ridge to reach Chilime walking for 2 hours. Likewise, crossing a suspension bridge the trail leads climbing up to the Gongang village. After then we will gradually ascend to Tato pani. To release pain and aches of your body, you can take a bath in natural hot spring. Overnight stay at Tato pani.

Journey continues from Tatopani to Thuman via Nagthali. You will get to see some wild animals like monkey and deer along the trek. Likewise, stunning views of Ganesh Himal, Langtang Ranges, Kerung, etc. gives you company throughout the trek. Overnight stay at Thuman.

After having breakfast, we head to Timure today. Along the way, visit famous Rasuwaghadi. Likewise, the trek allows you to see the Tamang culture and their traditions. Overnight stay at Timure.

The trail goes pass through the beautiful rhododendron forest and pastures. Briddim village lies in the heart of Langtang region. It is an unique village in Z shape. You can find around 40 houses but the village is filled with vibrant Tamang culture. Overnight stay in Briddim.

After having breakfast, we will head back to Syabrubeshi. The walk begins to Wangerl and descending down via small village and terrace field, we reach Syabribeshi. Overnight stay at Syabubeshi.

Today is the end of your cultural and adventurous trek in Nepal. According to your flight schedule, our team staff will drop you to airport in private vehicle.
